What Makes Fit Expectations Different?
We limit our class sizes to 6 -8 participants so that each participant receives personalized attention. While larger classes you find in gyms and various boot camps are adequate for simple calorie burn, it is impossible for the instructor to closely monitor the form of every participant.
All of our classes and personal training sessions are led by certified personal trainers who have taken themselves from being inactive and overweight to active, healthy and happy!.
We know what you are going through and therefore know how to help you because unlike many trainers, we have "been there done that." We know that the typical advice you receive such as "eat less, move more" isn't particularly helpful when you've been doing exactly that yet nothing seems to be happening! We understand where you are, emotionally, mentally and physically!
