Our personal training programs are designed to help you lose weight as a side effect of living a healthy lifestyle. We provide instruction in strength and cardiovascular training, nutrition counseling, motivation coaching, and education and support with making healthy lifestyle changes and fitness choices.
We don't do "Band-aid" fixes at The Fit Club. We are all about getting to the root cause of your diet, weight loss, health and fitness barriers. We assess your personal needs, customize the right program for you, and give you the assistance, motivation, and encouragement to consistently make small, sustainable changes that will positively affect your life.
Our programs are NOT a quick fix . Exercise alone is NOT enough to achieve permanent weight loss. "Move more, eat less " sounds like good advice but haven't you tried that already? If you're looking to just drop a few pounds and think hiring a trainer will help you stay on a low calorie diet - you're dead wrong! If you're not willing to follow the nutrition and lifestyle advice you receive from your trainer, or you just want to follow the packaged food/fad diet plan your friend did to lose 20lbs in a month, you are not going to be happy with your lack of results!

Small group training is much like one-on-one personal training, except LOTS more fun and MUCH more affordable. Clients participating in the small group personal training program workout in groups of up to four. All you have to do is choose your time slot and the frequency that you wish to workout, and we’ll do the rest.
Your fitness level doesn't matter. Despite the fact that you're in a group, your fitness program is custom designed for your individual goals, ability level, and neuromuscular strengths and weaknesses. This means that no one is ever left behind, or ‘held back’ during a training session.
So, whether your totally new to fitness, you’re frustrated with the results you've been getting thus far, or are tired of wasting money on overcrowded and intimidating gyms you never use, then you’ll love small group personal training at The Fit Club!

Would you like the benefits of having a personal trainer but don't have time to get to The Fit Club? Maybe you have a gym that you use regularly but are not sure what you should be doing? If so, online coaching might be the option for you!
How does online coaching work?
You will meet with a trainer for your initial consultation. During this time we will assess your current diet, fitness level, and body composition. Together we will set up a program plan based on your particular goals, schedule, and available fitness equipment. We will teach you how to monitor and track body composition changes rather than just scale weight.
You will check in with your trainer once or twice a week via email and/or telephone - your choice. During this time we will discuss your progress, any questions, problems etc., you may have encountered during the week. You are also free to email any questions or concerns you have at any time and your coach will respond within 24 hours.
If you choose you can opt to meet in person with your trainer once a month at no additional charge. During this time we will coach exercise form and monitor body composition changes, assess progress and make any necessary changes to your program.
